FAQs
Who is Soileh?
Soileh is a living altar, creating slow-made, ceremonial garments from 100% plant-based fibers. Each piece is crafted with intention, honoring sustainability, sacred living, and the rhythms of the natural world.
Where are your pieces made?
All Soileh garments are ethically and traditionally produced in small batches by artisans in Bali who share our values of mindful creation and reverence for natural materials. Fair labor, transparency, and conscious collaboration guide every step.
What materials do you use?
We work exclusively with natural plant fibers, ramie and cotton. No synthetics, plastic-based fibers, or chemical blends are ever used.
How should I care for my Soileh pieces?
Our garments are made from handloom ramie and cotton fibers. We recommend gentle hand washing or cold machine washing on a delicate cycle with natural detergent, and air drying only. This preserves the integrity of the fibers and extends the life of your pieces.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. Please see our full Return Policy page for details.
