Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Soileh piece. Each item is crafted with care from natural fibers in small batches — honoring the slow fashion process. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right within the guidelines below.
Returns:
We accept returns on full-priced, unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a different size or item, subject to availability.
If the exchange item is unavailable, we will issue store credit.
Preorders & Made-to-Order Items:
Because these are crafted specifically for you, preorders and made-to-order items are eligible for exchange or store credit only — no refunds.
Please read estimated delivery timelines carefully before ordering.
Final Sale Items:
Sale, sample sale, or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
